Business Address Terms

This is a working draft and is due a solicitor's review before launch. The final wording will replace this page.

Who provides the service

Founder's Dock business address services are provided through a trusted professional accountancy and business-services partner, with customer verification and mail handling carried out under their established compliance procedures.

Where it's available

The business address and mailroom service is available to UK businesses only. Everything else in Founder's Dock works wherever you operate.

Verification comes first

Payment starts the process; it doesn't activate the address. We need to verify your identity and business details before the service goes live, and the address is only issued once that verification is approved. If verification isn't approved, the address isn't issued.

Using the address

The address may be used only by the business named on the approved application, for lawful business purposes. It can't be passed on to another business, and we may suspend the service if it's used in a way that breaches these terms.

Mail

Business correspondence is received and logged. Scanning, forwarding, parcel handling and storage follow the published mail policy for your service level. Items that can't be accepted are returned to sender.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. When the service ends, you must stop using the address and update it with your filing authority and anyone who writes to you.

The general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
