Registered office address
The address used for official company correspondence, where this use is permitted and the applicable requirements are met.
One service inside Founder's Dock
Give your business a professional UK address and manage your correspondence through your Founder's Dock Mailroom.
Available to eligible UK businesses only, and approval is not automatic. The rest of Founder's Dock — compliance, documents and business admin — works wherever you operate.
Who it's for
Whether you're working from home, running your business remotely or simply don't want your home address on business correspondence, a professional business address gives your business a separate address of its own.
What you get
What's included depends on the option you choose. Mail scanning is free. Forwarding a paper original to a UK address costs £3.50 postage per item.
Not all addresses do the same job
The address used for official company correspondence, where this use is permitted and the applicable requirements are met.
An address that may be used as a director's service address where the applicable requirements are met.
An address for receiving general business post — invoices, statements, letters from suppliers and customers.
Certain uses are subject to eligibility and applicable legal requirements. We don't assume the address will qualify for every purpose — that's settled as part of choosing your service.
Step by step
Pick the option that matches what your business actually needs.
Everything runs through your Founder's Dock account.
We'll ask for your identity and business details. It's a short step.
A person checks it. We'll tell you if we need anything else.
Once approved, you can start using the address.
Incoming correspondence appears in your Mailroom.
Verification
Verification helps us keep the service safe, professional and compliant. It's a short step, you do it inside your account, and you can see where it's up to at any time.
Approval isn't automatic, and nothing is active until your application has been approved.
Mail handling
When business correspondence arrives at your Founder's Dock address, it is received and processed according to the applicable mail-handling procedures.
Example notification
New business mail has arrived.
Notification emails never include the contents of your post. They tell you something has arrived and send you to your Mailroom to read it.
Inside your account
Scanned post lands in your Founder's Dock Mailroom, next to your compliance records and documents. Same login, same place.
Example only — no real customer information is shown.

Renewal and cancellation
The address service is a monthly subscription. It renews monthly until cancelled, and you'll see the price and billing date before you pay.
You can cancel from your account at any time before your next renewal date.
When the service ends you'll need to stop using the address and update your records with any authority or organisation that holds it.
